A facsimile edition of the 1967 prologue, printed in 48 colour silk screen and letter-press in 18 pt Plantin - 5000 initialed books - 72pp - 42 x 28 cm on Queen Anne Antique paper in blue cloth cover and slpi-case with one different folder with text and print added from ‘Texts and Prints I-XX’ to every 250 books.
